Land resources have always been an important condition for China's social and economic development and the survival of the people.As China has established a land-related use system,land use has become paid,and land has quickly joined the ranks of commodities in China's market.In response to various national policies and promoting the sustainable development of cities,the Anhui Provincial Government has comprehensively regulated the urban land use structure.In 2011,it began to operate the “One Book and Two Certificates” system.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been transformed into an investment-driven model.Investment has made a major contribution to economic operations.For the economic development of cities,fixed-asset investment plays a vital role and is an important component of economic growth.In the background,in order to analyze the impact of the land supply structure of Anhui Province on fixed assets investment,explore the relationship between economic development,urban construction and the “one book and two certificates” policy,and make relevant recommendations on the government's land supply.The intercept model method uses the four types of land types in the city as model variables,and selects the relevant data of various cities in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2016 for regression analysis.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Increase the area of logistics storage land and balance the amount of land for each type of land.The approval of residential land in 2012-2016 far exceeds the remaining types of land use,and its impact on fixed asset investment has also remained relatively stable,while warehousing land has the greatest impact on fixed asset investment among the four types of land use..With the development of the economy,the government should appropriately increase the supply of warehousing and logistics land,and at the same time rationally allocate the remaining types of land.The government should consider the local industrial structure and make reasonable decisions based on the local social development.(2)Adjust the supply mode of industrial land to avoid the loss caused by low-cost industrial land with high housing prices.Although the approval area for industrial land is large,the promotion effect on fixed asset investment is declining.The government should properly control the phenomenon of low-cost industrial land,ensure the efficiency of land use while attracting investment,and change the supply of industrial land.Grasp the rhythm and ensure that it is in sync with economic development and the capabilities of the company.(3)Improve the utilization efficiency of various types of land by improving government-related land management methods and regulations.There are many problems in current land planning.Construction projects are often easy to construct blindly,which makes the number of construction projects of the same type continue to increase for a period of time.The lack of long-term goals will result in waste of land resources and the type of land supply will gradually be lost.Balance,this phenomenon makes the importance of land planning increasingly prominent.The government should avoid the extensive use of land.When planning urban planning,it should pay attention to reducing the large areas and squares,and appropriately increase the density and floor area of the building.
