With the rapid development of China's economy, competition among enterprises is not only product quality and market competition, especially for EMS companies, the first and the second profit source have not bring more competitive opportunities for enterprises , more and more enterprises have refered to the competition of the supply chain and logistics , strived to find the third profit source, reduced business logistics costs, enhanced operational efficiency, concentrated on core business operations and ultimately boosted customer's satisfaction levels, strengthened the enterprise's core competitiveness. In this paper, the in-depth discussion and research have been carried on how does the EMS business evaluate and manage the third party logistics service providers.In this paper , according to studying the background of the third-party logistics'origin and actual status of inside and outside research, to analyse and compare the theory of the third-party logistics providers'evaluation method; And in use of questionnaires, comprehensive scoring method for expert scoring , to establish index system of the third-party logistics service providers; And in use of the AHP to calculate the weight of each index; Finally in use of the fuzzy evaluation method to choose and evaluate the suppliers, and to estimate the confidence for the evaluation.Finally, according to an empirical case study, the evaluation and selection of the theoretical methods was applied to the M's actual evaluation of third-party logistics service providers. And management practices were made by the evaluation results for providing the theoretical basis to the enterprise to select and evaluate the third-party logistics provider in the future.
