Research On The Third Party Reverse Logistics Provider Selection Issues

In nowadays'society that resources are short, developing and constructing the economy society is especially important and urgent. In such a background, using Reverse Logistics (RS) aimed at sustainable development of enterprises and society and to protect resources have risen in every walk of life and become an effective solution to settle such matter. Thus made RS research one of the most fast developed studies. And some research results as well as actual effectiveness have been made because of the focus and study by the developed countries of EU and American.Under sustainable development concept, this essay absorbed the research results and advanced practice experiences of foreign logistics enterprises. Mainly from the demand side and supply-side point of view to analyze the third-party reverse logistics-related issues. Then discussed the problem of how to choose reverse logistics provider through the enterprise customers'perspective.First of all, this article introduced the study status of reverse logistics, following the analyzed barriers and influencing factors during RS practices. Based on this foundation proposed operations and implementation of the decision making model for reverse logistics. Through this part of the paper, it can be concluded that: to improve the efficiency of reverse logistics management, outsourcing to professional third-party reverse logistics providers to implement is a shortcut. Finally, from the customer point of view to create a third-party companies reverse logistics supplier evaluation index system, using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the indicators, on this basis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was utilized to build a comprehensive evaluation model, the realization of third-party reverse logistics supplier evaluation and selection was proved valid through a case study and indicated that the model this article created is effective.
