Third party's logistics facilitator carries on logistics operation has its advantages as well as will bring certain risk to enterprise. In order to guarantee success of the logistics outsoucing, enterprise must carry on overall appraisal to third party logistics facilitator.This dissertation describes the relevant content of the logistics outsourcing at first. It introduces the necessity of the logistics outsourcing, the reasons, advantages and disadvantages, and restraining terms of the logistics outsourcing. It also introduces the decision method of the logistics outsourcing, logistics service purchase project and its development trend. Secondly, it explains the concept of third party logistics, the management style that third party logistics cooperates with enterprise, the standard for selection of third party logistics facilitator and course which third party logistics facilitator choose. Finally, this dissertation puts forward a kind of method which integrating improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation degree analysis approach. The method confirms every weight of evaluation index with improved FAHP and choose third party logistics facilitator with grey correlation degree analysis approach, which get preferable result.This dissertation hammers at improving the logistics operation status of enterprise at present of our country ,promoting enterprise's consciousness of logistics outsourcing and directing enterprise's concrete logistics outsourcing course.
