Cable Tv Network Company's Project Internal Control

In current market economy, internal control is an important topic which related with corporation asset safety, operation efficiency, legality & normalization and information transfer flow validity. For Cable TV network operating company, internal control design of project and monitoring & execution are even more the key point of internal control establishment & dynamic optimization.After this paper summarizing the related documents, which based on COSO internal control integration framework theory, dialyzing the main characteristics of many-project, many-hierarchy, many-process etc in JR Cable TV network company's internal control and its problems in the execution phase of internal control projects, and mainly diagnoses the deep reasons which causes the issues above according to total hierarchy, process phase, system and institution, organization and execution level. At last combining with the main characteristics and internal demand of JR company project internal control, it presents the reasonable, balanced, solid, systematic internal control approach and key design.This paper is to consider, corporation internal control design and execution is one procedure of making internal control theory, technology and art merge in specific industry, corporation and detailed service process. Project internal control need combine with industry characteristics of corporation, management fineness and current process policy to do Omni-bearing profound analysis and optimized execution. This paper has the reference significance and practical value for Cable TV network industry and those industries with similar attributes which having lots of projects, lots of relevant staff and lots of project management processes.
