Research On Control And Optimization Of Cable Communication Engineering Project Of Government And Enterprise Customers

With the all-round opening-up of licenses for fixed network business and launch of tri-networks integration of broadcast television network,the demands of government and enterprise customers for wire communication showed explosive growth.The operators have been confronted with the following difficulties: how to control wire communication engineering projects,how to respond to customer demands quickly,how to abide by governmental laws and regulations,and how to achieve a win-win situation in both quality and speed.Firstly,this article introduced construction backgrounds,business scales and internal construction status of government and enterprise customers of the companies offering assistance.In addition,this article also elaborated such projects as informatization communication engineering and Internet data center construction engineering derived from the wire communication engineering.Secondly,we had analyzed and studied implementation processes of wire communication engineering of the companies' existing government and enterprise customers,hoping to find out and analyze factors impacting those projects.The control measures were analyzed based on the three major impact factors: quality management,cost management and progress control to offer suggestions on countermeasures.Finally,control and optimization schemes appropriate for actual production and operation were developed based on the impact factors.Such optimization schemes were put into practice to testify their effect so as to obtain control measures and optimization results applicable to actual production and operation of the companies under study.By this way,this article was expected to prove the facticity and feasibility of project control and optimization study in wire communication engineering projects of government and enterprise customers.
