Economic Evaluation Studies For The Reservoir Project Of Linyi Country In Shandong Province

Recently, with the rapid development of our economic and the continuous expansion of city size, consumption of Industrial water and domestic water consumption has increased dramatically. Problem of the shortage of water has become increasingly serious, it's an effective measure to develop water project for solving this problem. For the Linyi country of Shandong province, with the rapid development of economy and the increasing population of urban residents, The water consumption has been increasing year by year. Linyi County almost has no regulation and storage projects, irrigation water is neither reliable nor timing, so it has a great influence to the irrigated agricultural production. So it's very necessary to build plain reservoirs for the supply of using water, solving water shortage problem of some areas. In this thesis economic evaluation will be carried out for the construction of the Limin reservoirs of Linyi country in Shandong province.First, according to the national water development on the macro-planning of departure, this thesis talk about the necessity of building Limin reservoirs combined with the basic condition of the water-use of Linyi country. Second, this thesis will have a synthetically study for the basic theory and the main methods of the Economic evaluation of the project, thus an appropriate entry point will be researched for the thesis. Third, this thesis introduces the plan and basic condition of the construction of Limin reservoirs such as project size, construction plans, environmental impact, investment ,financing estimates and so on. Fourth , thesis puts out a financial evaluation and economic evaluation for the construction of Limin reservoirs and obtains a economic evaluation conclusion. In the finial the thesis give a evaluation for the Limin reservoirs by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation from the economic, social, environmental and technical point of view. And put it together with the results of economic evaluation, riding out the reservoir as an important basis for investment and construction.
