With the further development of economic globalization, petroleum and natural gas has become worldwide focus of strategic competition. The development and competition of petroleum and gas provide unlimited business opportunities for enterprises, and confront the enterprises with intense challenges as well. Engaging in oil drilling facilities manufacturing, Lanzhou LS-NOW is in an urgent need for reviewing its strategic position and development direction, mapping out and implement scientific strategic programming, and finally have the cooperation develop in a healthy way.Based on the reality of the enterprise, this thesis provides entire and objective analyses, from a globalization perspective, on the macro, micro and interior environments that LS-NOW have. It aims to find the most suitable strategies for the cooperation's development to increase the competitive strength and finally develops the cooperation as worldwide first-class oil drilling facilities vendor. This thesis, with systemic reviews on strategic management theory, gives an entire and systemic research on the exterior environment and interior resources and capacities by following macro and micro qualitative and quantitive analyses. First, PEST analytical method and Baud's five competitive power models, CPM Matrix, key industrial success factors and EFE Matrix are used to analyze and estimate the macro environment and task environment situation. It states, on one hand, LS-NOW is facing a perfect development opportunity: flourishing international needs, stable domestic economy increase and favorable macro political and economic development environments; on the other, with the industrial attraction increase and the global markets entended, LS-NOW also faces intense competitions and potential competitions both abroad and at home, as well as more international market risks and the threats from stronger competitors. Second, by using IFE matrix and the data analyses of LS-NOW's interior resources, core capacities, products structure, the thesis states that LS-NOW has the advantages of cost, brand, imported technologies, financial achievements and sales nets, together with the disadvantages of insufficient throughout, old equipments, technological development bottleneck and the enterprise management that is not suitable for global operation. The basic estimate conclusion is that LS-NOW, comparing with other competitors, occupies a favorable position as a whole, especially in exploitation of international markets; Then, by integrating exterior and interior environment factors as well as the development targets, it raises the optional corresponding strategies, which...
