A Study On The Development Strategy Of Production SBU Of Chongqing KDEP Co.,Ltd

KDEP is the head of the "city sewage treatment technology and equipment" enterprises in Chongqing, applies itself to EP project constructing, EP production manufacturing, EP item investment and operation. As the basis of KDEP's development, production SBU's developping strategy is very important to KDEP's middle and long term plan.First,through the external surroundings PEST analyse,this paper finds out the opportunities it faces. Using Michaele.Porter's "Five Force Model",it analyses from five aspects: the present competitors, the new intruder, the substitute threat, the supplies, the buyer , and finds out the threatening of it. Then this paper analyzes its superiority and inferior from its resources,structure and ability.Using "BOSTON matrix" analyse, we confirmed KDEP'S total strategy, then this paper uses SWOT to analyze KDEP's production SBU's strategy orientation, puts forword that KDEP'sproduction SBU should make full use of opportunities and its superiority, to expand and develop.In order to put this strategy into reality, KDEP'sproduction SBU should put attention to structure adjustment and core competence fostering ,in developd area it should adopt a variation strategy , which product mid-top productions ,in developing area it should adopt a cost leading strategy ,centralizing low products ,the strategy are realized by the way of inner-develop'ment, building joint venture company and landscape orientation merger and acquisition.Finally, in the process of this strategy, we should put attention to the correlative human resource management and modern enterprise culture building.
