The Study On Design And Application Of Integrated Prompting Model Of Leaders In Unregistered Corporation Of Petroleum Enterprises

The sticking point and difficulty of petroleum enterprise reform is building effectively prompting and restrictive mechanism. However, the prompting generally being said often points that how to mobilize the positivity of operators who have the qualification of corporation while hardly refers to the prompting problems of leaders in unregistered corporation of petroleum enterprises. The prompting problem of enterprise is a system engineering, policy makers should think with the systemic viewpoint and try to build an integrate"prompting chain". To build integrated prompting mechanism of leaders in unregistered corporation of petroleum enterprises is important too.Based on the analysis of actuality about prompting of leaders in unregistered corporation of oil enterprises, the author has designed the integrated prompting model of leaders in unregistered corporation utilizing the existing prompting theory, analyzed this model systematically。Based on this, designed the integrated prompting mechanism of leaders in unregistered corporation., and put forward some measures and suggestions on how to carry it effectively.At last, to meet the application requirements in XinJiang Petroleum Management Office, the author has designed the integrated prompting scheme of leaders in unregistered corporation.
