With the development of economic globalization and the growth of multinational corporations and private enterprises, the rewards management of state-owned enterprises are facing more and more pressure. The thesis studies the existing problems and solutions in the incentive rewards management for the staff of postal savings in Shangluo city.Shangluo Post Office is a basic unit of the post industry. The rewards that it can control and distribute is mainly incentive rewards. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the postal savings performance and rewards management in Shangluo city, the thesis uses the theories of incentive and rewards management to study the reasons and solutions for the inadequate incentive to the staff of postal savings. The thesis gives the direction of improvement on the management of incentive rewards in Shangluo Post Office and puts forward the general principles and the concrete scheme of incentive rewards distribution. The system of incentive rewards is designed to include five parts: the basic bonus, performance-based bonus, season competition reward, other rewards and business risk money.
