With the approaching of the Internet plus,more and more Chinese local enterprises is expanding their business to the global market.Along with that,the intense global market competition brings challenges to Chinese local companies'globalization and the capacity of cross-border management.As a part of the going-out companies,the mobile internet industry is absolutely facing these management challenges.Therefore,improving expatriates management capacity helps to strengthen transnational management capacity and win in global competition for expatriates participate transnational business.Company C,as one of the earliest local internet companies going-out in China,its games and live products top in Google Play.Besides,company C just announces that artificial intelligence will be its growth going forward.This paper believes that C represents China's going-out internet companies and therefore,take C as an example and analyze its expatriate's management problems.Through the personal depth interviews it collects data and does qualitative analysis which is combined with existing surveys to create questionnaire investigating employee's job satisfaction and engagement;using factor analysis and regression analysis adding performance sums up to ensure that the result is scientific and technical.Combing document method,it summarizes internal customer,total rewards,incentive and cross-cultural theories and finds that work experience takes top priority among all the incentive factors.Hence,company C should improve expatriates management by changing management to service,achieve the success of globalization.This paper not only puts forward some suggestions to company C on improving the effective incentive mechanism of expatriates,but also enriches domestic research on expatriates management of IT companies by combing the internal customer perspective and total rewards theory hoping to lights up a way of thinking to Chinese local company on the achievement of customer-centric transnational HR management.
