China is a great nation of liquor manufacture and consumption, and white liquor takes an dominant place. However, the general white liquor market always appears to be an excess of supply owning to unreasonable trade structure, inferior staff quality, illogical manufacture and circulation, food safety and changes of consumption concept etc. and fierce competition becomes inevitable.Taking Sichuan JiangTai Liquor Enterprise as an example, applying management theories as enterprise strategic analytical method, financial administration, marketing, human resources and organization, the paper portrays the current situation of white liquor trade and puts forward future development strategies. Based on current trade situation, the paper analyzes opportunities and threats of the external environment and advantages and disadvantages of the internal resources. In the mean time it puts forward some feasible strategies for the enterprise's development and proposes the ideas that china's white liquor enterprises should set up strategic targets, choose strategic method which suit well for themselves and apply corresponding competitive strategies to direct all kinds of management activities of the enterprise. The paper makes practical analyses in many aspects such as the competition strategies of enterprise, strategies of adapting changing environment and strategies of formulating marketing and human resource. Furthermore, the article also puts forward positive advice in how to carry out all the strategies.The topic of this article is universal but typical. The aim of it is to assist white liquor enterprise to grasp the opportunity, make best of their advantages, apply technique innovation and form the core competence under the fierce competition. This paper answers the problems which most white liquor enterprises confront with.
