What development strategy should CT liquor industry take in the current situation? These are the problems that CT liquor companies need to think deeply.Under the background of Chinese liquor industry,this paper first combed the general situation and application of modern enterprise strategic management theory,then introduced the development of CT liquor company briefly and put forward the existing problems,and then made a detailed analysis of CT liquor companies using PEST model,Potter five force model and SWOT model.Finally,the best development strategy of the company is obtained.Based on the analysis of CT liquor company in the external environment,using the PEST analysis of CT liquor company in the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment;and the use of the Potter five forces model to analyze the structure of competitive environment CT liquor company in the industry,including the bargaining power of buyers,suppliers bargaining ability,existing industry competition,the threat of potential entrants and substitute threat.After the analysis of the opportunities and threats of the external environment of the CT liquor company,the EFE evaluation matrix of the company is obtained.In the same way,a series of analysis on the internal advantages and disadvantages of CT liquor company is carried out,and the IFE evaluation matrix of the company is obtained.In this paper,the SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix are used to analyze the optimal development strategy of the CT liquor company.After putting forward the best strategy,the article puts forward some measures in order to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy according to the specific situation of CT liquor company. |
