With the continuous improvement of the market economy,the competition in the liquor industry is becoming more and more intense.Known as the 'national liquor',the AA liquor company have been unable to shake the position in the heart of people because of its long history.In recent years,the competition of the major liquor manufacturers has become more and more fierce,at the same time some of the country's adjustment policies on the development of the liquor industry has brought a certain degree of obstacles.So,to survive and develop better,the liquor industry must change the current business philosophy,and actively explore the centralized strategy,and narrow the gap between companies and the others,then it can fight for itself in the growing competition to get a space to survive.This paper will focus on the development strategy of AA liquor company,and sort out the company's success in the liquor market,then form a scientific theory.The development strategy is very important in the operating of modern companies,per the basic theory of modern development strategy,we have a detailed analysis in the areas of the AA liquor company's environment,positioning,target and development strategy.As one of the leader of liquor industry companies,AA liquor company represents the advance of Chinese liquor company in the market development strategy.But the author also pointed out that the existing problems of AA liquor company can be a reference value to China companies.the success and experience of AA liquor company can inspire other Chinese liquor companies.The first part of the paper is introduction part which include the background and premise of the research,and introduce the related concepts,theories and research objectives,methods and ideas.Later Thepaper mainly analyzed the issues about domestic liquor industry and the situation of high-end liquor market development.Then the paper analyzed the development of high-end liquor industry in the external environment for further;combined with the basic situation of AA liquor,using the SWOT analysis model analyzed AA company deeply.The paper focused on the development strategy of AA the liquor company and the influence by the current industry policies.In the end,the author tried to have a deep analysis of the position of any liquor brands in AA company,the operation and existing problems.The goal of the paper is to reveal the development prospect of the AA liquor brand,and put forward the strategic suggestions on the development to existing problems.
