Research On Preration Procedures Rebuilding Of LH Railway Logistics Company

Logistics has become the third profit resource of enterprises nowadays. More and more enterprises are taking logistics as new source of profit, and thus push the development of logistics industry. Most of the railway logistics company in our country are come from the main business of transportation and belong to transportation oriented enterprises. With the development of enterprise scale, enterprises have to begin strategic change, and rebuild their operation procedure according to modern logistics theory.This paper researched on the way how LH Railway Logistics company changed on condition that railway logistics facilities and business scale has developed. Beginning with the research on present status, this paper analyses the resource, present operation and its problems of LH; using theories of logistics management, operation procedures, and strategy management, after deep research on the effect changing way of railway logistics from initial transportation type to professional type, states out the necessary way to fulfill enterprise change----procedures rebuilding.After research, analysis and demonstration, it can be proved that: only by procedure rebuilding , can LH fulfill the change from initial mission oriented transportation enterprise to market oriented professional logistic enterprise.
