On Property Right Prompting System Of The Enterprises' In Villages And Towns

This thesis is written to illustrate the logic between the arrangement for collectively owned system of productive resources and the rise and fall of the enterprises' in villages and towns in China, and to master and understand the efficiency advancement due to the change of productivity and systemic surrounding from the point of view of Marxist Productivity-Relations of Production Theory. The venation of form and development of enterprises' in villages and towns, which may be not the invention attributed to the peasants in modern China, can be felt in the whole process of country social economy in China, and can be unclosed by different means. After the policy of Reform and Opening was put into practice, enterprises' in villages and towns, which adapted well to the development of productivity at that time, whose systemic anangement met the demand of socialistic ideology, which possessed of the dominance of mass economy that individual economy could not possess of, and which met the demand of market better than state-owned enterprises, flourished for a long time, and became the support power for the high economic development. But when it stepped into late 1990's,the deeper the development of productivity and Socialistic Market Economy System, the more the collectively owned system could not meet the demand of changed productivity and systemic surrounding, saying nothing of the impact from state-owned enterprises and other kind of ones. The efficiency of enterprises' in villages and towns could not be kept, but on the other hand, their own weak points were getting more visible and more visible, so their fall is inescapable. "Both rise and fall due to collectively owned system", so that is to say, another property right reform in the enterprises' in villages and towns is avoidless.
