Community's Employment Research In Building City Community

In recent years, the community's employment of our country has been developed rapidly, but still at the starting stage generally, limited by many kinds of factors, the developing steps of community's employment are slow. So we must strengthen our understanding, devote more efforts to reforming , improve the management system of community's employment, improve the community employee's quality, change the community employee's idea, strengthen the fund to support . This text is on the basis of investigating the street (the community ) further to community's post demand, analyze the situation of influence factor of community employment, hold recruitment demand , change laid-off and unemployed people employment idea and each side strengthen employment lead, thus propose countermeasure and suggestion in order to relieve the pressure on employment.Chapter one is introduction, including the background of selected title, the contents of meaning and research method .
