Study Of The Influence Of RMB Revaluation On Chinese Economy

Chinese economy has been developing in good state for many years. The rapidgrowth of export trade has caused envy from developed countries.People are optimisticto the prospect of Chinese economy .So RMB is becoming more and more important inthe world .The strength of china economy has impetus to RMB revaluation in objective.So this topic analyzes the reason of RMB revaluation pressure in view of thepresent situation of Chinese economy and the situation of international economy. Thistopic has analyzed the influence of RMB revaluation that could produce to theimport-export trade of china in detail. And this research has analyzed the prospectiveinfluence on economy,employment rate,foreign directly investment,flow of currency,stocks and real estate .The topic has also briefly analyzed the reform on RMB exchange ratesystem that set up on July 21st 2005. Through analysis to the advantage and disadvantage onRMB revaluation we have given relevant suggestion on how to deal with RMB revaluation.
