Research On MSEs' Credit Risk Assessment And Management In Xi'an Village Credit Cooperative

In market competition, the credit of MSEs (middle and small scale enterprises ) is the main operation and the keeping away and decreasing MSE's credit risk is vital to Xi'an village credit cooperative . But the former measures and method of risk management are defend, which hamper it heighten the competition and need to be improved. The paper adopts normative and demonstrative method, links the theory and practice. The research includes quality analysis, and the later is the main one. The article briefly introduces the credit risk and the credit operation of China's MSEs, makes an analysis of the current situation of village credit cooperative's crdit operation of MSEs. We study the reasons of country bank's credit operation of MSEs from the aspects of main body banks, main body enterprise and the national macro environments. On this basis, we adopt some mathematics and statistics theories and construct the credit risk assessing model of Xi'an village credit cooperative's MSEs credit operation. The construction of the model is integrated of the characteristics of Xi'an village credit cooperative and the credit operation of MSEs and the authors working experiences. We also test the model by examples. The objective of assessing the credit risk is to defend and control the risk. The paper constructs the risk defending systems of Xi'an village credit cooperative's credit operations of MSEs, bring forwards the main task in building and perfecting the credit risk of MSEs. The research will help Xi'an village credit cooperative and other country banks in China to develop healthily in the severe market competition.
