With the continuous deepening of the reform and open and the more support that our government has given to the privately operated economy, the privately operated economy begins to take a larger and larger part of the general national economy and the development of private enterprises appears a good tendency. However, the development of private enterprises is still at the primary stage, with a weak competitive ability. Most of them are developing unstably. Therefore, it is extremely important and valuable to strengthen the research on the private enterprises management.In order to strengthen the research on the private enterprises management, this experiment study on the basis of complete investigation and analysis, proposed a salesman competency frame of private enterprises based on the performance and with the self-image and the values, the motive, the manner, the individuality and the skill as the main content, and has entrusted the related competency class with the influential weight to the performance through the Deuel Philippines method, and then formed a competency model table, thus has established the salesman competency model of the private enterprises based on experiment. And carried on an examination of the model to prove authenticity of the model and the scientific nature of the research.According to the study on salesman competency model, this thesis has proposed these following viewpoints about the human resources management: The enterprises not only should pay attention to the current competency of staff related to their performance but also should consider the sustainable development of the competency and the training of the staff's professionalism to enhance the professional adaptability; and should fully consider the influence of the organization culture on the staff competency. And they must pay great attention to the human factors of the performance inspection, recruit different appraisers to participate in the appraisal, to make it more objective and reasonable. At the same time the private enterprises must strengthen the mutual communication and understanding between persons in different position to enhance the cohesive force of a team.According to the study on salesman competency model, this thesis proposed the way of improving the performance of salesman, which is to make a plan of the individuality promotion of the marketing staff salesman with the combination of choice in advertising and the individuality transformation, establish an atmosphere which is good for the salesman to set up a reasonable self- image and values, stabilize the...
