The paper is mainly about the Salesman Competency Model of a traditional printing company -TW Company, and combined the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis. Take the existing excellent staff and the ordinary staff as the sample, we get the evidence of quantitative analysis through experts discussion, symposia, visit, second-hand data consult and the like. Apply BEI and questionnaire survey to contrast the data. In the end, we tried out the features of the Salesman Competency that accord with the company situation, future development, position function and company culture. Through the explanation, the understanding of the company leaders and staff are deepened , then combine it with the application in the HR field. An effective measure is found to solve the problem on staff employment, promotion and training.
