Research Of Developing New Type Industrialization In Rongchang

Industrialization is the only way to achieve the economic development of any nation or region. Because of the various natural resources and conditions, some differences do exist in the development of industrialization in different countries (or regions) to some extent. The development strategy of "untraditional industrialization" has been proposed on the basis of the long-term investigation in our country. This is substantial to promote industrialization and at the same time to avoid the negative effects brought by the industrialization. The problem of untraditional industrialization has been widely concerned by the theorists and the higher officials of the government. Rongchang County is located in the west part of Chongqing ,and the economy of the county presents the typical features of dualism economic structure. It is one of the developing agricultural counties in the west part of China. To take a new way of the untraditional industrialization is an inevitable choice for Rongchang County.This essay is the summary of the findings of the theory and practice of the previous phase. The intension of untraditional industrialization has been analyzed and the relationship between untraditional industrialization and the traditional types of industrialization has been studied. The relationship among industrialization,urbanization and the "Issues Concerning Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers " has been analyzed. An objective judgment of the level of the development, the features of economic structures, and the development stages of industrialization in Rongchang County has been made by applying the regional economics, the theory of strategy management , the theory of estate economy and other relevant theories. The analysis of the macro-and-micro-circumstances of applying new type of industrialization in Rongchang has been done and some calculation and the choices of the major estates have been made. According to the analysis and research above, we propose the guiding ideology of the implementation of untraditional industrialization, the development objectives, the development focal points, development orientation and the development distribution in Rongchang County . On the basis of these, we also propose to construct the high-tech zone of the industry of husbandry in the west of China to promote the industrial development of Rongchang.
