Lanzhou Branch of The president corporation is a sales-oriented corporation that specializes in Gansu Province. Which after several years sustained efforts has made its sales of instant noodles rank the second in Gansu market. However, since the rivals get stranger and the competition becomes more fierce, Lanzhou Branch is confronted with a predicament- the slow growth in market sharing proportion and sharp decline of profits. In modern marketing oriented economy, the ability of marketing is the vital factor for enterprises to win competition. So this paper aims to propose a set of basic marketing strategies and detailed suggestions concerned which can make sure its successful application.This paper mainly made the application of a series of analyzing methodology such as market research, document discovery, SWOT etc. in order to make a thorough analysis on the marketing environment of Lanzhou Branch, the interior resources of merits & demerits and the current situation and existing problems. It proposes that Lanzhou Branch should enlarge the construction of selling net and strengthen the construction of the marketing team in applying of the modern marketing theories . It should thoroughly develop the brand merits of "president" instant noodles and stabilizes the established bases of the middle & senior clan instant noodles and gancui noodle. In order to profoundly develop the market of normalized prices noodles. It aims at the marketing promotion according to the demands upon the instant noodles in Gansu Province, the needs on the enhancement of market competititivness, the development of new product, the improvement of brand strategies, the strengthen channel building and various price setting methodology and betterment of promotional skills.This paper is expected to make effect on the stable and sustained development of Lanzhou Branch.
