Marketing is an important infrastructure work of modern enterprise development and living, marketing management has become one of the core functions of industry and business management. Along with China's WTO accession, the market economy becomes more and more maturity, and international competition becomes more and more fury, opportunity is bring in China telecom SiChuan branch, while also allowing the company faces enormous challenges. Special at the same time of city compitition turning more fury and the country consume capacity developing fastly ,it is very important to sichuan telecom that strangthen the telecom product's market place in the sichuan province country and optimize the market profite. Then, it is a first taste to sichuan telecom how to find out break point from the country telecom product marketing situation and how to draw relational marketing strategy. In this paper, I research the sichuan province country market of telecom product effectly and express the relational market strategy by the way that use the marketing theory include combination theory of morden marketing and other relational management theory, in the process I use many datas such as sichuan telecom's marketing investigation report , SiChuan Province Statistic annual ,china telecom's report and so on to strangthen my views .On the side of the company'development , my research results is of great significance.Paper is divided into five chapters.For the introduction of first chapter,the main background on the selection of subjects and the selection of subjects as well as contends and research methods.In the chapter two,I introduce the history of morden marketing theory,then expatiate the meaning of marketing combination theory.i analyse the huge effect of the combination marketing theory from for parts.At last, focus on expatiating the tremendous effect of the combination marketing theory.In the third chapter,the basical marketing circumstance of country telecom product is introduced firstly,then on the rank that from country telecom market character and contry telecom market consumption character to country telecom market competition status,I use the way of investigation and the way of analyse to research the sichuan telecom company'market situation,and I take apart the market status,development potential and challenge of sichuan country telecom market by combining the correlation theory.In the chapter four,the actuality of sichuan telecom'country marketing is analysed detailed by four dimensionality include the whole market position,SWOT anlayse,the main manage problems and market development potential.In the chapter five,base on the former anlayse results,the whole country marketing strategy of sichuan telecom .The detail of strategy include the whole competition,the product marketing,the price,the distributor,the coustmer fulfill and the market promotion and so on.At the last,it is a macroscopical summarize. By the systematizational analyse , the paper provide certain resolve schemes for the country market development of SiChuan telecom , it is a good reference to SiChuan telecom'next country marketing strategy.
