At present, the world economy has entered the era of strategic competition, and the research of enterprise marketing strategic appears very important by the new trend of market competition. And whether an enterprise has the practical and feasible marketing strategic is the major problem related to the development of the enterprise. Therefore it has become an important topic to the research of marketing strategic.Along with rapid development of economy as well as the hospital informationization, the rapid development of the market and demand for high-end medical equipment has brought the new opportunity to the medical equipment manufacturing enterprises of China. Although the development speed of medical equipment manufacturing enterprises at China is fast, the medical equipment market is also one of the most intense market competitions. But most of the medical equipment manufacturing enterprises in China now don't have clear marketing strategy, which result in a lot of problems in the company. This thesis takes NEU soft medical corporate as an example to study the marketing strategy of NEU soft, to improve the competitive advantage and the overall market share of NEU soft in domestic medical equipment market.This thesis mainly finishes the following works:(1) Using the SWOT analysis to analyze the internal and external environment, after analyze the environmental factors of NEU soft obtains its SWOT analysis matrix. And elaborated the marketing strategy which NEU soft adopts, analyze the factors to obtain the decisive conclusions. (2) Based on the SWOT analysis, chooses and formulates the marketing strategy of NEU soft, and put forward the overall strategy and competition strategy of it. Through constructs a marketing combination strategy to support the marketing overall strategy and competition strategy realization.(3) Through the determination of reasonable periodic goal, market research and market promotions to promote the main measures to implement the marketing strategy. And through integrated marketing strategy control system to control the implement of the marketing strategy, ensures the marketing strategy implement by predetermined direction.The research of this thesis provides the theoretical guidance for future marketing work of NEU soft, and specifies the direction and goals of development as a reference of the marketing work of NEU soft.
