Research And Analysis With Case On National Economic Evaluation For West Railway Construction Item

The economic appraisal of railroad item is the organic constituent and main content for item's feasibility study, is an important means for item to be made scientific decision. The national economic appraisal of the item represent the nation, investigating the costs (expenses) that the item needs the nation to pay and the contributions (benefits) to the nation, then estimating economic feasibility of the item.
