Study On Construction Project Cost Management System Of Small And Middle Construction Enterprises

Little construction enterprises do 80% of construction work in our country .With more and more competition in construction markets, many huge construction enterprises will compete with small ones in rural construction market. It is a problem to be studied that how small construction enterprises compete with others using own advantages. As we all known, high quality and low cost are enterprises'advantages and can promote their competition. So there is no doubt good construction project cost management is a key factor, if our construction businesses want to survive and develop in the fierce market.Currently the theory and case about construction cost of the project are still little. The research of construction project cost management is focused on construction cost control. Construction enterprises think cost control is cost management. The research about system of construction project cost management is little and not deep. So the article studies various components of construction project cost management system from the framework of the construction project cost management system to establish better cost management system for construction project.The first part of this paper describes the purpose and significance, noting problems of construction project cost management, innovation and inadequacies. The second part of paper study the system of construction project cost management, including main, target, content, measure system and means of cost management. It is the generalization of the paper. The core of the paper is from the third part to the ninth part, particularly studying the construction project cost management. Part III focuses on how to use enterprise scale to forecast the cost of construction project, showing the process of application. The fourth part studies how to prepare the plan of construction project cost management on the basis of the third part and the network plan.
