Study On The Industrial Delopment In Zhangye Based On Industrial Symbiosis Theory

Industrial symbiosis theory is the result from combination of industrial ecology and symbiosis theory about ecology. It emphasizes that industrial system harmoniously follows into the big system of material circulation and energy flowing in natural ecosystem, in which the byproduct in one production process becomes the raw material in another production process, making the entire industrial system change into closed loop system about the circulation flowing of resources, and to protect ecological environment under the precondition of economic benefits improvement. Now, industrial pollution is increasingly serious, utilizing industrial symbiosis theory to develop industry becomes the necessary choice of industrial development.The city of Zhangye is located in northwest inland arid area in our country, where ecosystem is fragile, the exploitation of natural resources because of traditional industrial development greatly exceed the burden of natural resources and carrying capacity of ecosystem, and it brings serious ecological problems, and embarrasses social and economic development and human living quality improvement. Stratagem of exploitation in the west of our country brings forward the slogan "exploit the west, ecology the first" and ecological construction policies of giving arable land back to woodland and grassland, and at the same time "ecological safety" is considered, and "economic safety" is not neglected. The ecological policies of giving arable land back to woodland and grassland can certainly alleviate ecological carrying capacity, but it also decreases agricultural economic benefits. Therefore, the city of Zhangye should think about developing industry rationally, to keep the economical increase. This article attempts to apply industrial symbiosis theory in the research of industrial development of Zhangye city, in order to realize both benefits of economy and environment. Industrial symbiosis network is the important content of industrial symbiosis theory, this article selects processing manufacturing industry of agricultural products as research object, selects the soul content in industrial symbiosis theory, that is, industrial symbiosis network as direction, constructs symbiosis network of processing manufacturing industry of agricultural products of Zhangye, and discusses department structure adjustment project in the interior of industry and spatial distribution optimization design. This article is divided into seven parts, and the important contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction of the article, expatiates the background, purpose, significance, trains of thoughts and method of this research.The second part is research review and theoretical foundation for composing article. First, the theory and practical research about industrial symbiosis field in domestic and abroad is analyzed, the research progress and problems in this field is summarized, and the research status quo in related field is analyzed. Based on these, the author brings forward the understanding of industrial symbiosis and application emphasis. Finally the theory foundation of constructing industrial symbiosis network is expatiated.In the third part, based on the introduction of the present condition of Zhangye industry, the paper expatiates the necessity of constructing the industry symbiosis network which depends on the industry symbiosis theory, which is the premise and base for further study.The fourth part is one of the important contents of the article, taking processing manufacturing industry of agricultural products for example, the industry symbiosis network construction principles is first decided, then the total framework of the symbiosis network is designed, and the metabolism process of each component system is analyzed (processing industry of agriculture products, foodstuff manufacturing industry, alcohol and beverage manufacturing industry). Finally according to the material circulation relationship among each industry department, this paper designs the general pattern of symbiosis network and analyzes the chief industry chain.The fifth part is also the most important content of this article. According to the material circulation relationship of each industry department in the interior network, material exchange ability of each department is analyzed from connectivity, conditionality, and accepting waste of each department. Based on connectivity, conditionality, and accepting waste of each department after constructing symbiosis network and certain main other characteristics, this article analyzes the essentiality of each industrial department in the entire industry developing process. Then, under the condition of multi-factors combined analysis, using Analytical Hierarchy Process, the article puts forward the direction of department structure optimization of processing manufacturing industry of agricultural products in Zhangye. According to the analysis result and the present natural and economic situation in Zhangye, the article puts forward the spatial distribution optimization design of processing manufacturing industry of agricultural products which under the influence of symbiosis network in Zhangye.The sixth part expatiates the supporting system about how to guarantee the smoothly construction and healthy development of symbiosis network, and accelerate the reciprocal harmony of economy, ecology and society in Zhangye.The seventh part summarizes the main conclusion of the thesis, points out the problems in research and the direction of further research.
