It hasn't been more than several dozens yeas after the appearance of industrial symbiosis, but it has shown great advantage in promoting the economic efficiency, cutting down the cost of natural resources and protecting the local environment. During the developing process of industrial symbiosis, appeared the eco-industrial park, eco-industrial network and comprehensive entity symbiosis these three kind of fundamental patterns. In China, the main practical pattern of industrial symbiosis is eco-industrial park, also includes some comprehensive entity symbiosis. Through the organizational structure analysis of the eco-industrial pack, it has some restriction factors and unreasonable arrangements which would be difficult to eliminate in the short term. Therefore the industrial symbiosis'development in China needs to have the new way to choose. For this question, this article then to propose under the initial constraint condition, should mainly construct the eco-industrial network and the comprehensive entity symbiosis, after this give a comparative research of these two patterns to the eco-industrial park. In this foundation, through the real diagnosis analysis of Kalundburg Industrial Symbiosis and Lubei Group Company, put forward industrial symbiosis'production mechanism and its appraisal system, which are expected to provide theoretical support and reference for the future development of industrial symbiosis in China.
