Because of the fury market competition and the quicken transform, the corporation begin to attention the both inner and external satisfaction instead of the external satisfaction. Staff satisfactions not only affect the produce efficiency, custom sense and profit level, but also react the group performance and the management matter. It can help the corporation to self-diagnose. By inquisition the staff's satisfaction, the corporation can find out the staff's accrual demand, and adjust the active encourage measure. It can improve the stability of the staff, but also elevation their job enthusiasm. To the corporation, it's an important mean to preserve competing ability.This thesis's object is the IT staff of Sichuan postal bureau. It will discuss the staff's satisfaction with qualitative description and quantitative analysis. The data is deal with SPSS12.0 and LISREL8.5.3 software. With regard to the data analysis, the methods of description statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlate analysis, the single factor variation analysis etc. are used. First, the thesis find out the decisive factors of which affect the IT staff's satisfaction with exploratory factor analysis, that is: occupation evolution , corporation environment , salary, job specialty , self-determination, job self-identity, study opportunity; Second, it find out the Structure Equation Model of satisfaction with CFA, and discuss the structure between and inside the factors form variables and samples. Last, according to the outcome of research, the writer suggests that: establish fair and reasonable salary system, give immaterial encouragement,enhance the training system, properly authorize, make the occupation plan> give the challenge job, establish a better environment about management.The thesis discuss the encourage factors with the staff satisfaction and find out their inner relationship.
