SHARP stood alone in the domestic video projector market before the year of 2000. However, since 2000, the number of domestic video projector manufacturers has increased to more than twenty from one, RC; in addition, the annual production and sales volume of video projectors has grown to 50,000 from 500, increasing by 100 times within just five years. At present, domestically made video projectors have occupied an important market share in the domestic projector market.Looking over these manufacturers engaging in domestically made video projectors, we can see that 90% of them are family enterprises. In the initial stage, enterprise owners' insight, courage, and boldness promoted these enterprises' development. The small scale and narrow business scope made them have a strong cohesive force and flexibility.
