Recently, 60% of the biotechnological outcome has been applied to medical industry which urges the biological pharmacy one of the most energetic and fast-developing industry. Now China has more than 500 relevant biological corporations after a decade of expansion, the sales of which has possessed 6% of the whole medical industry. Biological industry has become an important sector of economy. With the structural rearrangement of the national medical industry and the higher concentrating of whole biological medical industry, the biological corporations have encountered an unprecedented era of competition.This paper takes CSY Corporation as a case-study. Recent years, CSY Corporation has met series of new problems with the fiercer competition of biological pharmacy market which has long been obstructing its development. These problems are low management standard, weak market adaptation ability, low economic benefit, difficulties in funds flow, gradually losing market share, drain of talents, etc. The corporation has lost its original dominance and position in market competition. The core competitive ability has become weaker and the corporation has largely gone into low gear. The tremendous changes in industrial and marketing environment have forced the corporation to study the marketing environment, formulate effective market strategy, rearrange marketing mix, and win predominance in the new round of market competition.
