Research on corporate culture construction started as early as the 1970 s and 1980 s.With the increasingly prominent role of culture in economic development and international competition,many enterprises have fully borrowed and absorbed advanced domestic and foreign enterprises.The outstanding achievements in construction have made the construction of corporate culture the top priority of the company's development and achieved remarkable results.From the point of corn seeds industry development,accelerating joint restructuring and seed industry enterprises in the rapid advance group,also like other industry faces not only the quality of the product,cost,price and service competition,also faces competition from the management level,management ability,integrated is the competition of enterprise culture,so for the seeds industry enterprise,cultural competition has gradually become the ultimate competition among enterprises.This article starts from sorting out theories about corporate culture,through a questionnaire survey of the corporate culture of the CS company,combined with the current status of the corporate culture of the CS company,through a large number of analysis and surveys,sums up and summarizes the problems of the corporate culture,combines theory with practice,and formulates the current CS company Development and strategic goals of a complete corporate culture system construction program.Starting from Chen Chunhua's four-level theory,this plan formulates specific implementation measures for the corresponding enterprise system,material,behavior,spiritual culture,and clarifies cultural content such as the company's relevant mission,vision,and values.It also designs related resource guarantees,rights guarantee,and system guarantees,strengthens human resources training,improves corporate management mechanisms,and evaluation and incentive systems,emphasizing a unified and firm corporate philosophy.In the end,CS Corn Seed Co.,Ltd.has achieved the results of corporate culture construction.It is hoped that the research in this article can be of reference value to the further deepening and systematization of the corporate culture of related companies and has reference significance for the research in related fields.
