Study On Risk Control Of Venture Capital Investment Project

In the era knowledge, science and technology translated into productivity which creates huge material civilization for man, and that the development of risk investment career acts as an important incubator effect for science and technology translated into productivity. However, the inherent high risk of risk investment and the immature state of our country risk investment development make our country's risk investment faced with more and higher risk. At present the desiderative solved problems are the following three: first, how to do a scientific identity and analysis aiming at risk; second, how to make an effective elusion and control aiming at risk; third, how to set up an effective risk control system according with our national conditions.In this paper, the characteristic and cases of our country's risk investment are analyzed. Ten risk foundations of our country's risk investment project are induced. Based on every risk factors analyzed, combining with practical cases, exerting investigation, method of scoring by experts and fuzzy synthesis assessment, making the risk factors in items quantified and modeled, working out the risk conclusion and adopting corresponding risk disposal means according to that. For the faced risks of risk investment projects, in this paper combining operating course of risk investment projects and the characteristic of life cycle, make staged partition on the project risk and discussion about risk control means in different phase.In this paper, the risk analysis methods and strategies of risk investment projects are helpfully explored, which provides basis for risk investment company, corresponding organization and the risk control work in enterprise risk investment. Hoping that the study results in this paper can be helpful in the practical work of corresponding enterprise.
