The social and economic benefits of power Investment Project are great, however, politic, technology, economic, social and environment confined it development. There are a lot of unpredicted and random factors made power Investment Project risky. So it is meaningful to research on power investment project risk evaluation and index system. For estimate the power investment risk scientific and objective, the paper starts with how to find the main risk component from a lot of uncertainty influencing factor, how to make clear the structure between the main risk component, how to make use of these factor in progress of the power investment risk evaluation, these job will play positive role in the power investment project decision-making.This paper aimed at the research of power investment risk specially. Firstly, the risk concept,the characteristic of the power investment risk. Then the risk is subdivided. Secondly, Utilizing the systems engineering methods, this paper analyzed different risks of power investment and their relationship chain. Through establishing the Interpretive Structure Model of power investment risk, the paper shows the way, how to find the surface, middle and deep reasons of risk. A case analysis result indicates that the presented method provides a valid method for effective and efficient power investment risk management.Then, in order to make the result of power investment risk evaluation more precise, AHP-furry comprehensive evaluation is best choice. The paper sets forth importantly the structure and the math theory of AHP-furry comprehensive evaluation, and then, progressing example-demonstrated, explicating the application and maneuverability of AHP-furry comprehensive evaluation in power investment risk management.This thesis is an exploration of power investment project's risk evaluation system design and positive function of progress to quantitative, scientific and standard of power investment project's risk evaluation. It provides some references for power investment companies to evaluate project's risk.
