The Study On The Renewal Mechanism And Regeneration Model Of The Old City Historical And Cultural Block RBD

From the review we can see, the scholars both at home and abroad focused mainly on the aspects like concept, type, function, forming mechanism, spatial layout and structure of RBD. However, no deep research was made on a certain type of RBD, and no extended research was done into the aspects such as developing model, operating mechanism, managing mode, coordination between relevant persons of interest, etc. More importantly, they didn't study the problem how to develop and manage in order to maintain the sustainable competitiveness of RBD. Apparently, the study on RBD both at home and abroad is still at its initial stage, and especially in China, the study can't meet the demands of the development of urban tourism and urban recreation.Selecting the standpoint of urban planning and tourism, under the guidance of the place spirit theory and the organic renewal theory, using the methods of field investigation, questionnaire and deep interview, this paper studies the renewal mechanism and regeneration model of the old city historical and cultural block RBD, and points definitely the key factors of maintaining the sustainable competitiveness of RBD, that is, reshaping the sense of place, rebuilding the cultural authenticity, and adopting the management mode of the separation of management right and the operation right.
