Study On The Organic Renewal Of Changlv Town

Small towns are the political,economic,cultural and life service centers in a certain area of rural areas.As the link between the the end of the city and the head of the countryside,they are the important fulcrum of efforts to promote rural modernization and the key to accelerate the Urbanization in China.The construction of small towns in China can be roughly divided into five stages:initial construction stage,shrinkage stagnation stage,recovery development stage,rapid development stage and coordination promotion stage.Especially since the strategy of "new urbanization" and "Rural Revitalization" was put forward by the central government,small towns,as the first one in rural areas,have been attached great importance and have got unprecedented opportunities for development.However,in the context of the rapid development of small town construction,there are also a series of problems,such as the lack of local planning,the lack of cultural continuity of large-scale demolition and construction,the lack of characteristics of one side of a thousand cities,and the lack of project supervision and quality problems.Based on the theories of organic renewal,human settlement environment and modern synthesis,and with comprehensive renewal as the key point,this paper shows the current situation of small town construction in China through the cases of small town renewal in Chongqing and Zhejiang in recent years,summarizes the advantages and experiences,analyzes the exposed problems,and thus preliminarily explores and summarizes the transformation and renewal strategies and methods in three aspects which are the protection of cultural continuity,improvement of human settlement environment and socioeconomic development,put forward such problems with general mode of large-scale demolition and construction,as the lack of grounding in planning,insufficient investment in basic supporting facilities,and neglect of laws of economic and social development.Taking Changlu town in Fuyang District of Hangzhou City as a sample case,through field investigation,data review and residents’ follow-up,we have a detailed understanding of the specific implementation methods and achievements of various strategies for the organic transformation and renewal of small towns in this town,and have a detailed analysis and Research on the transformation and renewal of small towns from four aspects,namely,the transformation of cultural continuity,the transformation of livable life,the transformation of landscape integration and the coordinated transformation of production and city At the same time,some suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy and rapid development of urbanizationThis paper hopes that through the study of organic transformation and renewal of small towns,it can provide experience and help for the construction of small towns in other provinces and urban areas,and provide practical reference and guidance for the provinces and urban areas and brother towns that are about to face or have faced problems,so as to find the development path together.
