The Research For Financial Questions About M&A In Our Country

Recent years, Followed the termination of interim for WTO, Some foreign multinational companies entered domestic market, They made domestic M&A market more active than before. It indicates that our country business field will face the more vigorously international competition, but it also helps to set up the large business enterprise group to participate the international competition to provide beneficial international environments for us. Our country market economy just starts, the local business enterprises should study in the theories, the method strategy and operation process, because there is still difference between them and us. Financial problems are the core and focal problem, so the research of our country's M&A has great academic and realistic meanings to keep on health developing .The paper tries to do some meaningful probing for evaluation of enterprise valuation, means of payment and financing problems about M&A.The paper is divided into five parts, Chapter 1 introduced the background and domestic and international research present conditions, and put forward the textual research way of thinking; Chapter 2 I define the concept of M&A, point out the textual range of research, and carry on various classification to the enterprises M&A ; Chapter 3 I compare our country's M&A to west ,and analyzed the west successful experience to hint us; Chapter 4 introduced the present conditions about M&A and the problems exist in our country business M&A and analyzed them, at last I put forward to corresponding solutions of the problems in chapter 5.
