The traditional compensation governor is widespread focus on the basic system design of the salary and it's relevant technical method. Today in knowledge-based economy, conduct and actions the exertive importance encourages the salary that the peace treaty ties function to manage to have already no longer stayed around the simple operation, technique and the system level, having already been bring into gradually the frame of the business enterprise strategy, becoming the important tool that insures strategic implementation of the business enterprise management. Therefore, the idea of the compensation design is the compensation structure should adapt to the business enterprise's strategy, such business enterprise would succeed, such compensation structure would encourage the employee's behavior was consistent with the business enterprise's target.This paper uses the method of summarize of theories and the case analyses, based on the understanding compensation theories, under the premise of the business enterprise compensation management present condition research and put forward the strategy-oriented compensation design. On the theory , summarize the research of the related theories of the compensation salary design and domestic and international compensation management, discuss the compensation mode and design mechanism; Actual operation, analysis the different strategic type, situation and the business enterprise the compensation design of the different life cycle stage detailedly, build a model that promotes the competitive advantage of the business enterprise, at last, the HB company strategic salary change is example argument originally the text standpoint, namely the compensation change and design of the business enterprise should close combine the company's strategy, the valid compensation management has to be taken strategy as to lead to.
