The compensation management system is the key link of business enterprise operation, management and development. It is a very necessary and important topic to enterprise to build up a set of compensation system which is scientific, reasonable, effective. This article carries on the research from the actuality of low compensation incentive of SHANDONG LONGDA FOODSTUFF GROUP CO.,LTD.(abbreviation: "LONGDA COMPANY").This thesis sets out from the basic theories of compensation and incentive, by analyzing the old compensation system of "LONGDA COMPANY", re-putting forward the new consummation project. The main methods and techniques are adopted in the article including questionnaires, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, charts and so on. This thesis is made up by six parts. The first part is leadin, this part introduces the thesis' background and significance, the object and method of research, the basic thoughts and structure, and contribution in brief. The second part is literature summary, on the one hand, this part summaries the views about compensation, and defines the concepts, functions, the factors affected, the fundamentals of designs and stratagems of compensation; on the other hand, it introduces some main theories about incentive and apocalypses to compensation design. It lays the theoretic foundations to consummate the compensation system in "LONGDA COMPANY". The third part is the situation and problems of compensation system of "LONGDA COMPANY", this part, firstly, introduces the company in brief, then, describes the running situation of the compensation system and the system's problems. It provides a realistic basis for next research. The forth part is the thesis' main body, in this part, ideas about annual income of factory directors, fabric salary of administerial personnel of department and workshop, piece-rate of workers, premium of sales clerks, correlative measures are put forward. The fifth part makes an estimate of new compensation system, and the new system has obvious advantages than the old one. In the last part, the conclusion is made, and some subjects need further research.This thesis has innovation including three aspects. The first is coming up the problems of the running compensation system in "LONGDA COMPANY". The second is bringing forward the project of consummating compensation system. And the last innovation is providing a reference for other enterprise to make compensation decision.
