Application Of Modern Project Management Theory With BOT Way Into The Construction Of Waste Burning Generating Electricity Project

At present, in our country the environment problem has highly focused a lot of attentions, sustainable development is more and more becoming our burning issue, the city infrastructure projects which devote to improving environment is increasing day by day., projects investment is becoming multi-utilized, and environment renovation is trending to industrialization development. Accompanying with the development of waste burning generating electricity technology, the city waste disposal has transfer from landfilled way to resource recovered use.Under the background of preceding statement, this article takes Chongqing Tongxing waste generating power plant, which is firstly built in China with BOT way, as research object to discuss about investors' construction management of good-sized environment protection projects under BOT way.Because of the author's limit understanding about modern projects management theory apply to the construction of Chongqing Tongxing waste burning generating power plant, this article mainly focus on these two aspects, namely how to fix on projects construction management way and application of modern projects management theory to the establishment of projects plan, to discuss.Hope this article could bring some reference use to those managers who engage BOT environment protection project.
