Under the trend of integrated global economy, rapid development of science and technology and competition increasingly, the enterprise will face more and more challenge and impact such as the varied of demand of customers, increasingly accelerated innovation of science and technology, period of validity of exerting the strategy of enterprise will be shorten. The enterprises have to appraise their behaviors on the whole and keep up adjusting their goals and behaviors in their strategic level. It is possible to design and manage the enterprise from the strategic level and it has become a necessary choice in the actual environment. The paper gives some suggestions to the exerting strategy of development of factory. The paper aims at the strategy of development of company to analysize and do research, the result has value to the factory and some suggestions to other factories.The competition of Aluminium Industry will be increasingly fierce. The enterprise will develop to the direction of mass integrated and chain scale. However, compared with the advanced level in the international market, our Aluminium industries lack the core-competitive power, the quantity is more, the scale is small. There is more in re-produce, and the efficiency of economy is on low-level, the ability of R&D is weak. The multinational Aluminum will enter the Chinese market with more rich capital, advanced ability of science and technology and experience of management. Facing the fierce competition of market of abroad and domestic, our Aluminium industries have to integrate the condition of themselves, do research hand lay out the sustained strategy of development adopted to their own., and integrating the resource and exerting the comparative advantage to enhance power of competition.The paper introduces the related theory of strategic management of enterprise briefly, wielding the PEST method to analyses the current development and the trend of Aluminium of abroad and domestic market, finds the advantage and disadvantage factors, which affect the development of Chongqing Aluminium Factory, then uses the method of value-chain and resource-ability analysis to analysis the interior environment, finds the advantage and disadvantage of the factory.
