With the wide application of electronic commerce, internet banking is established by traditional banks, which brings a newly-developed period for banks. As a new kind of information technology, enterprise internet banking has such advantages as easing group financing, enhancing enterprise capital safety, easing accountant workload and reducing enterprise financing expense However, there is still a few enterprise adopt internet banking. It is necessary to find out influences on enterprise internet banking adoption.Based on the literature review of internet banking, enterprise information technology and the related theory for individual technology acceptance, nine influences are developed in the paper. Empirical research is conducted with the survey data of 179 enterprises using SPSS13.0 and Eviews3.1 software. Finally, suggestions on internet banking development are given from the aspects of trust, legal support, organizational readiness, easiness, safety and usefulness, etc.The conclusion can be drawn as following: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust for banking system, organizational readiness and external pressure are the main influences on internet banking adoption. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, organizational readiness are the important influences among them. The influence of four factors that computer self-efficacy, subjective norm, perceived risk, legal support on internet banking adoption were not confirmed in the paper.
