Electronic commerce in our country has reached a pivotal position in the economy,in which mobile electronic commerce is becoming more and more dominant,mobile e-commerce platform have sprung up everywhere,the competition among mobile ecommerce platform companies is intensifying.Cross-border e-commerce is a new rise in recent years,but the development of mobile cross-border e-commerce platform still lagging behind.Platform companies should consider what they need to do for success in developing mobile cross-border e-commerce terminal platform.Most cross-border e-commerce platform companies are committed to solve the problem to grasp the chance.At the same time,the position of information quality in the mobile e-commerce platform competition is becoming more and more important;the competition of mobile e-commerce platform will be embodied in information quality in the future.However,in the theoretical study of the information quality in the information technology adoption,there are few scholars analyze information quality in deep at the view of platform company application.Based on the background above,this paper puts forward the study of information quality's impact on users' intention to adopt mobile cross-border e-commerce platform.The paper extracts four dimensions which including content completeness,user relevance,update timeliness and content accuracy from the information quality,and get two mediating variables which including perceived friendliness and perceived credibility through the analysis of platform perception,and set 'intention to adopt'as dependent variable.Based on the conceptual model 'Information Quality-Perception of Platform-Intention to Adopt',12 hypotheses are put forward.The paper is an empirical analysis:At first,design 21 question items,then collect 255 valid questionnaires for my research,analyze the data via using SPSS 19.0 after data sorting,and verify 12 hypotheses which the research put forward before.According to the verification results of empirical analysis,some advice are proposed to mobile cross-border e-commerce platform,the possible shortage of the research are pointed out,and the direction of further study of information quality is analyzed.The conclusion of this study mainly includes the following:(1)Part of the information quality dimensions of has a significant impact on the platform perception.Specific as follows:two dimensions of information quality including user relevance and update timeliness have significant positive influence on perceived friendliness y;content authenticity and update timeliness,which are two dimensions of Information quality,have significant positive influence on perceived credibility.(2)Platform perception has significant impact on intention to adopt.Perceived friendliness and perceived credibility,dimensions of platform perception,all have significant positive effects on intention to adopt.The coefficient of perceived friendliness is greater than perceived credibility;this suggests that perceived friendliness plays a leading role in the influence on users'intention to adopt.(3)Platform perception plays a mediating role between parts of information quality dimensions and intention to adopt.Specific as follows:Perceived friendliness plays a complete mediation effect on the relationship user relevance and update timeliness to intention to adopt.Perceived credibility has a complete mediation effect on the relationship content accuracy and update timeliness to intention to adopt.(4)The content completeness of information quality dimension has a significant positive effect on intention to adopt,however perceived friendliness and perceived credibility do not play mediating effect on the relationship of them.
