With the rapid development of market economy, increasing diversity, individuation of customers' demand and uncertainty of market change, enterprises are forced to keep on improving their management and enhancing their competition abilities. Under such a market condition full of competition, not only products life cycle is becoming shorter and shorter, but also quality, deadline, the expectation of service is becoming higher and higher. In such a global economy and information environment, the old competition among individual enterprises has become the competition of different cluster, namely supply chain vs supply chain. Therefore, the inventory tactics under supply chain condition and its control mode could bring effective help to improve competition abilities of enterprises. The paper discussed the application of leagility management in supply chain, and mainly studied the inventory control algorithms based on transshipment which could reduce inventory and improve customers' satisfaction. Furthermore, we got satisfactory results of Tagaras' inventory control tactics of transshipping same products after optimizing the beginning point. The paper imported the substitution factor to complement the research which mainly focus on the same or unilateral substitution products, and proofed the effectiveness of two-direction substitution products for retailers in vertical companies using haissen matrix and in horizontal companies using Nash equilibrium theory. At last, the paper compared the results with traditional news-vendor model, showing feasibility and effectiveness of such scheme. When transshipment sources and demand places are not single , the paper solved the supply and demand problems using table way in operational research, then solved the following problems using others' effective algorithms to solve forest fire, earthquake etc:(1) the single object of the earliest beginning time to transshipment in consuming single resources in very short time.(2) the two stage problem of the fewest transshipment sources in the limit of the earliest beginning time to transshipment in very short time(3)the multi-object problem of the earliest beginning time to transshipment and thefewest sources in very short time(4) the single object problem of the earliest beginning time to transshipment in a...
