The Study On Development Strategy And Application Technology Of New Wall Materials In Chongqing

The wall material is the important part of national building material industry, whose amount nearly reaches a half of that of all building materials. Its value is around 30% of total construction cost, and its production value about a third of that of entire building material industry. The energy consumption of wall materials takes possession of about a half of that of entire building material industry. The performance and price of wall materials have a greatly important effect on the performance, quality and economic benefit of construction projects. Considering the considerable difference of the production and application situation of wall materials between Chongqing and foreign developed cities, the strict and new requirements on the development and reform of wall materials in Chongqing come out aiming at the sustainable development and building energy conservation. The reform work of wall materials of Chongqing is not only significant but also laborious.In the paper, the investigation and research on the developed wall material reform and energy conservation of cities in the same summer heating and winter cooling climatic zone have been carried out to get advanced experience for guiding native promotion of new wall materials. Then the production technology of native wall material companies has been investigated, and the scene survey about the buildings using new wall materials done to find out the production and application situation in Chongqing. According to the fact of native economic development and the nation policy requirements about energy conservation and environmental protection, the development strategy and relative application technology research of new wall materials have been put forward.Finally, considering the resources of wall materials and finest sands in Chongqing, the special front mortar and masonry mortar have been researched and developed. After testing, the direction and specific parameters of crack-resistant front mortar are established. The properties of all preparing masonry mortars meet the requirements of JC860-2000 "Masonry mortar for small hollow concrete blocks", and the soundness, water relentivity and bonding capacity improves more remarkably than those of cement mortar with finest sands.
