Third Party Logistics And Promotion Of Core-competence Of Auto-mobile Enterprises

This paper focuses on how to promote the core Competence of automobile manufactories by cooperating with the Third Part Logistics. After giving scientific definition of"the Third Part Logistics"and"the core competence", the developing status of TPL and automobile manufactories has been described qualitatively and the problems of cooperation in between has been found. By an example it verifies that the Third Part logistics can help increase the core Competence of automobile manufactories effectively. On the base of analysis, it produces the countermeasures and suggestion to hence the cooperation between both sides. Such methods as theory analysis and example analysis have been used, and history and comparison analysis in addition.It found as follow:(1) Third Part Logistics can have great effect on increasing the core competence of the automobile manufactories, which shows as follow.Firstly, it can help the automobile manufactories to enjoy more specialized service and reduce the operating cost.Secondly, it makes the automobile manufactories concentrate on the development of core business.Thirdly, it improves the operating flexibility of automobile manufactories.Fourthly, it reduces the supervising cost of the automobile manufactories and increase its efficiency.Fifthly, it reduces the managing risk of the automobile manufactoriesSixthly, it increases the service level of the automobile manufactories.Seventhly, it improves the images of the automobile manufactories.(2) The developing level of Third Part logistics and the automobile logistics is still low in China in present stageAfter entering the 21 century, with the more intensification of the competition of the world automobile manufacture industry, the automobile manufactories have to take the price-lowering stratage.
