Core competence is the source of a company to keep sustainable competitive advantage and has a key role in the survival and development of a company. The cultivation, maintenance and promotion of core competence is a repeating process. If a company wants to keep sustainable edge in the market competition, we have to look inside the rivalry and ourselves continuously and study and innovate endlessly. We also have to realize the core value that customers attach importance to and cultivate, maintain and promote the core competence of our company continually. Therefore, the aim of the research is to research the core competence of Shengyu Corporation, which is significant to the development of the corporations.Study how to enhance the core competition ability of a corporation, we have to analyze and identify the environmental conditions inside and outside and cultivate the core competence, then identified to determine whether these indicators are Yu Sheng's core competitiveness, finallyby improving the system of enterprise operation and management,developing human resources, building corporate culture, establishing learning organization and satisfying the customers. Sheng Yu studies the competitiveness of the company's core divided into four parts.First, the core competitiveness of the relevant literature review, with a view to the core competitiveness for a better understanding of the concept as well as the identification of core competencies related to the development and training to analyze the academic. Only on the core competencies related to the concept of understanding, the core competitiveness in order to put the theory applied to practice.Second, we analyze the inner and outer environmental conditions from three aspects: a. analysis of the outer macroenvironment, which includes politics, economy and the situations of the whole industry. An enterprise is related closely with the environment of politics andlaw. If an enterprise wants to do well in management and marketing, it is unquestionable to analyze the political environment and legal environment and achieve the level of comprehension, which is certain to have a positive effect in the long-term development of the enterprise. In the aspect of economical environment and industry overview, an enterprise should be always aware of the economical development of the society, and the information about the reform of investment system and enhancing industry monitoring which can bring the opportunities to the enterprises. b. analysis of competitive environment.With the springing-up of project consulting industry in the developing countries, all the corporations in the same industry at home and abroad accelerate to contest market share in the intra-industry. Therefore, how to increase the market share is a problem that is urgent to be resolved. c. analysis of inner environment, which needs to be analyzed from the inner resources and enterprise competence. With the fierce competition of the project consulting market, project consulting enterprises are under increasing pressure. So making full use of the resources available, uncovering hidden sources and making each resource play its role in the maximum limit will play a vital role in the corporation. Third, we can identify and determinethe core competence of Shengyu Corporation from the internal and external aspects. For the internal aspect, the use of Michael Porter's value chain theory of Sheng Yu's basic activities and supporting services to identify Yu Sheng's core competitiveness. Sheng Yu's analysis of the basic activity Sheng Yu management capacity and market operators operating the ability to identify the core competitiveness.Activity in the supplementary analysis of basic resources of enterprises, human resources management, corporate culture construction to identify the core competitiveness. In short, the management of quality of business leaders, business regulations and the implementation of the efficiency of file management information, professional experience in engineering, construction cost database, brand operating capacity, market research and decision-making capacity, Shengyu Corporation has its unique characteristics: exploition of new service program, relatively perfect workflow system, technical personnel with technical expertise and flesh graduates, rapidly responding to the regulations and policies, self-contained work facilities, quick transference of the cars and gradually cumulative industry knowledge and enterprise assets. Determine the core competitiveness of the use of quantitative methods, namely analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the identification of core competencies to determine, the core competitiveness so as to arrive at target identification are the right conclusions.For the external aspects, we can identify the core competence through the degree of customer satisfaction and quality enterprise service and enterprise image compared with other corporations in the same industry.Fourth, after analyzing and identifying the core competence of Shengyu Corporation, we use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to judge the core competence. The last problem to be resolved is how to cultivate the core competence of Shengyu Corporation. In order to improve the system of enterprise operation and management and cultivate the capacity of company's strategy management, we can establish strategic management theories, improve the enterprise management level, accelerate the establishment of company management policies and improve the core competence of corporate leaders to enhance the capacity of company's strategy management. In the development of human resources, a corporation should increase investments in the capital of personnel, go deep into details to formulate the enterprise management plan and guidance plan of employee training, make full use of the human resource and realize the informationization of human resources. The establishment of enterprise culture can also cultivate the core competence of the enterprise. The establishment of Shengyu Corporation's culture includes five aspects: prospects and strategies, sense of worth and business philosophy, business ethnics and morality, systems and regulations and enterprise image. An enterprise does not only need individuals to improve the core competence, but also need the enterprise itself to study continuously. Hence, we can cultivate the core competence of Shengyu Corporation through establishing a learning organization which reveals in many aspects: transforming mind and setting up the advance thoughts; constructing the collective prospects and creating the atmosphere for the study; setting up the platform for learning and improving the study system; establishing knowledge base of the enterprise and promoting the spread of knowledge and so on. If an enterprise wants to attain a long-term development, we must get the recognition of the customers. So customer relationship management based on the satisfaction of the customers is also an important object to cultivate the core competence of Shengyu Corporation.In the past, an enterprise that studies external competitive strategies only pays attention to the external aspect and formulates the related strategies. But study how to improve the core competence of an enterprise is to formulate the strategies in the internal aspect, which increase its ranks in the market through raising the overall quality of itself. Therefore, it is very important to study core competence of the corporations for the development of the corporations.
