The incentive of supervisor gradually become a core problem of the business enterprise along with the development of the socialization production ,the separation of business enterprise ownership and powers. Firstly, because the separation of business enterprise ownership and powers that make intelligence and labor devotions have not capital income, they are just mainly gained their salary but not participate the admeasure of surplus profit. That make it difficult to reach consistently between the ownership of enterprise and supervisor, so it give the supervisor have the motivation of laze and use the power to handle affairs for himself. Secondly, the unseparatedly of supervisor's human capital and human capital's ownership, and the behavior of supervisor can not easy be superintended that also make lazing and using the power to handle affairs for himself become possible. So we must incentive the supervisor and let the benefit of supervisor close contact with the corporate performance, carry out the together payoff of the ownership and supervisor. Just these reason we have carried through empirical research between the incentive of supervisor and corporate performance.We firstly expatiated the important of incentive to supervisor, then explained the praxis meaning of our research from salary, welfare, incumbency consume, spiritual incentive and corporate performance. Base on the research and analysis to available documents and realize with the fact of enterprise, we try to consider the measurement of research. Then this paper analyzes these factors and plan some indexes of them, so as to make a questionnaire. Through the investigate of questionnaire and the conduction of the SPSS13.0 software, the data is analyzed with total analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The result of empirical research confirm that physical incentive will influence corporate performance, and the physical incentive will more prominence with corporate performance under spiritual incentive. At last, we do some theoretical explanation about the result of the empirical research and give some effective suggestions and measures to promote the incentive of supervisor. This paper is an empirical research on the supervisor incentive and corporate performance, although plenty of scholar had researched on this aspect, but most of the research are focused on listed companies, and through questionnaire to research the incentive of supervisor are very few, especially from spiritual incentive.
